My food has not arrived yet. What should I do?


            When the restaurant accepts your order they specify the time it will take to prepare, which you will get updated with on your phone and an email sent to you. If you also requested delivery, it can sometimes take a bit longer thanks to traffic, etc.  We do our best to keep you updated, but if you are experiencing a delay with no explanation, we recommend you call the restaurant directly.
