There is no Claim restaurant button on my restaurant page. What does this mean? How do I claim it?
If the Claim restaurant button is missing on
the left side panel, it means the restaurant has already been claimed. We do
our best to validate restaurant ownership before granting claims; however, in
the event that your restaurant has been claimed by another account, you can report
this issue to us by selecting This is my
restaurant under the Report issue
drop-down list. From here, you can submit a claim form and we will then be in
touch with you to get the restaurant ownership sorted out.
